I’m a therapist based in New York City. I work with curious, thoughtful people who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply, whether that means making sense of something they're struggling with, questioning old patterns, navigating a transition, or simply wanting to understand themselves better.
I studied at the Silberman School of Social Work, where I deepened my interests in psychotherapy, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and the ways our environments shape our wellbeing.
My work has taken me across a range of settings, including hospice, mental health clinics, nonprofits, and college counseling. These experiences have given me an appreciation for how differently therapy can look from person to person, while also reinforcing my belief that people have a remarkable capacity to understand and change their lives.
My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and insight-oriented. There is room for seriousness, humor, uncertainty, and the parts of yourself that don't always fit neatly together.
I don't believe therapy is about forcing change or becoming a different person. I believe that greater awareness gives us more choices. When we can recognize the patterns we're living inside, we have more freedom to decide whether we want to keep living them.
